2-Year Limited International Warranty
At Aurèn, we believe a watch should be built to accompany you through everyday life and years of meaningful moments. Every Aurèn timepiece is backed by a 2-Year Limited International Warranty from the date of original purchase.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:
- Mechanical movement failures resulting from manufacturing defects
- Defects in the watch case, crown, dial, hands, or other components due to faulty materials or assembly
- Manufacturing defects affecting the functionality of the watch
- Defects in the stainless steel bracelet, clasp, or buckle resulting from manufacturing faults
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Aurèn will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected components free of charge.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, fading, or cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Damage resulting from impacts, drops, crushing, or abnormal use
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, solvents, or extreme temperatures
- Loss or theft of the watch
- Normal aging of leather, rubber, canvas, or NATO straps
- Routine maintenance or cleaning
- Water damage resulting from improper use, failure to secure the crown, or use beyond the stated water resistance rating
Water Resistance
Aurèn watches are tested to their specified water resistance rating. Water resistance is not a permanent condition and may be affected by wear, aging of seals, impacts, or improper use.
The warranty does not cover water damage resulting from:
- An unscrewed or improperly secured crown
- Damage to the case, crystal, crown, or seals
- Use beyond the watch’s specified water resistance rating
We recommend having water resistance checked periodically, particularly if the watch is frequently exposed to water.
Warranty Eligibility
To make a warranty claim, you must provide:
- Proof of purchase from Aurèn or an authorized retailer
- The original order number or purchase receipt
- The watch for inspection and evaluation
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser unless otherwise required by local consumer laws.
Warranty Service
If you believe your watch requires warranty service:
- Contact Aurèn via the Customer Support Contact page.
- Provide your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- Aurèn will provide instructions for returning the watch for assessment.
- Once inspected, we will determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.
Customers may be responsible for shipping costs to Aurèn. Aurèn will cover return shipping for approved warranty repairs where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the watch or affected components. Aurèn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Consumer Rights
This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights under the consumer protection laws applicable in your country or region. These rights are not affected by this warranty.
